RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES
SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE
LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE
RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT
